Hall Bench
This little bench is a scaled down version of a full size one usually seen in the early 1900's public buildings. Strongly built with 2" square legs and 7" wide arched stretchers that run the perimeter under the seat. The wide front and back stretcher are through tenon and double pegged making for quite a long lived durable piece. The top lifts up for storage of gloves, mittens and what have you.
